This privacy policy outlines how our fan server restoration project collects, uses, and safeguards the limited information you provide when registering an account.
1. Information Collection
To participate in this fan project, you are required to create a Station Account which collects:
- A unique username (do not use your real name).
- A secure password.
- An optional email address, saved with your Legacy website account and used for email verification. Self-service password resets are not available yet.
2. Information Security
Login credentials are sent securely to the existing game account service. The Legacy website stores email addresses and verification status separately from game credentials. Verification links expire after 24 hours, work once, and are stored as hashes. Your email address is not shown publicly.
3. Third-Party Sharing
This project is non-commercial. We do not sell your account details. The website uses hosting and database services to operate. When email sending is enabled, Resend processes your email address and the verification message to deliver it. Verification messages do not contain your password. Hashed IP addresses and email addresses are temporarily used to limit repeated verification requests.
Event pages may include embedded YouTube videos. Loading a video player connects your browser to YouTube, which processes information under its own privacy policy.
4. Parental Rights & Access
Parents have the right to request the deletion or disabling of any child account created on this fan server. For parental inquiries or database removal requests, please contact the administrators via support.
